When does my free month apply?
After the team you referred goes live and clears their two-week join grace period as a paid plan, we add one month of credit to your account. On monthly plans it skips your next charge; on annual plans it extends your term.
How do you know who referred whom?
It is simple and manual. The new team just names your organization when they book a demo or sign up, or you can email us directly to let us know. We match it up and apply both rewards.
